		<description>Thanks for the input!  Its amazing how much recipes get changed and mangled as they move from one part of the country to another, isn&#039;t it?  I&#039;ve always been very intrigued with Southern cooking, but you don&#039;t find a lot of it in Wisconsin.  (Grits?  What the heck are grits?)  If you have any recipes to share, I&#039;d love to try them!  =)</description>

		<description>Southern style BBQ means meat that&#039;s cooked at a low temp for a long time.  No self respecting southerner serves BBQ with sauce on it. Sauce is a condiment.  That&#039;d be like serving a hamburger off of your grill with mustard already on it.

Now cook that pork on a smoker and you&#039;ll really have some good pulled pork.
